In order to ensure alignment of company and procurement policies for tantalum materials, Ningxia Orient Tantalum Industry Company Limited （OTIC）strictly complies with the rules and requirements of the United Nations, and condemns all illegal activities around tantalum mining within conflict regions.
Our company will not purchase or use any tantalum raw materials sourced directly or indirectly from the conflict areas of Democratic Republic of the Congo and their related semi-finished products. For raw materials and semi –finished products coming from different countries and regions, the suppliers are required by our company to provide all relevant documents and information indicating the traceability of the origin of the goods to ensure the legitimacy of their source.
